to install the anchor base you must core a hole 2 inches thick (50mm), by 6 inches deep (150mm) and the anchor base will slip into this hole and come flush with the ground

You require an Epoxy Resin to secure the anchor base into the ground. (enquire with your local hardware store for an Epoxy Resin anchor fixing)
